JASFIL decided to join forces and bet on something it hadn’t done before: a development designed entirely by the company, from the ground up.
This is how the PINUS URBAN GARDEN project was born in Montijo, a unique construction of irrefutable quality allied to innovative architecture, with equipment and materials that make the difference.
With privileged access to the capital, Montijo was the location chosen by JASFIL for the birth of the Pinus Urban Garden development.
The urban yet rural setting, combined in perfect harmony with nature, and all of this less than 20 minutes from Lisbon, helped the construction company decide on this location over others.
PINUS URBAN GARDEN is positioned to be an alternative to the Lisbon market.
Because of its area, the price of the m², the facilities it offers and the quality of the architecture, as well as the fact that it is a mix of a city in the countryside, far from the pressure felt in the big metropolis and in all truly urban cities, and only 20 minutes from the capital. PINUS URBAN GARDEN, phase 1, is one of the milestones in JASFIL’s portfolio.
Construction began five years ago.
It consists of 66 high-quality apartments in a central location in the city of Montijo, with good surroundings and leisure areas.
PINUS URBAN GARDEN, phase 2, starting in 2024, consists of 27 apartments, with the same philosophy of areas and finishes.
These developments have 2, 3, 5 bedroom apartments and penthouses – the latter with areas of between 700 m² and 880 m², a private pool on panoramic terraces with areas of between 140 m² and 240 m², presenting a vertical housing concept.
In all the apartments, regardless of type, all the bedrooms are suites with very generous areas.
We also favor outdoor space with balconies of 30 to 50 m² and, in the case of the penthouses, the balconies have an area of 140 m² to 280 m², with a heated swimming pool with water circulation.
All the apartments have a barbecue and a laundry area, with a washing machine and dryer, and are equipped with new technologies, from home automation to Wi-Fi.
The kitchens are equipped with top-of-the-range appliances, including induction hobs, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers and fridges (combined or side-by-side).
They also have a built-in TV and surround sound.
In addition to all these amenities, JASFIL has not neglected the environment, using some innovative solutions in the construction market, always looking for equipment and materials with high energy efficiency.
It should be added that all the plots have a condominium room with CCTV – surveillance of which will be at the garage entrance and in the building’s foyer – a video intercom controlled via smartphone and doors with biometric readings, i.e. via fingerprint.
